Subject: A new way to listen to the Evergreen Radio Reading Service

Would you like to listen to the Evergreen Radio Reading Service (ERRS)
without having to wait for a special receiver or struggle through static?

Over 100 volunteers donate their time and their voices to ERRS, hosting
programs that include reading the daily newspapers from around Washington
State, magazines such as Rolling Stone and TV Guide, short stories, and a
weekly live call-in talk show that focuses on aging and disability issues.

If you have a computer with an internet connection, you can listen to ERRS
with crystal clear sound and from anywhere in the state!

We are testing web streaming as an alternative delivery method for ERRS.
The ERRS radio signal is currently broadcast 24 hours a day on subcarriers
of radio stations in Seattle, Spokane, and the Tri-Cities. Web streaming
now brings this valuable free service to a much wider audience. This pilot
project is possible because of a generous grant from the Washington Council
of the Blind. For more information, please visit our website at
