[nfbwatlk] When did WTBBL move to Ninth and Lenora?

I know that the library was there in 1986 as I attended a DSB community
meeting there in that year.  I just don't know how much earlier than
1986 it located there.

Sorry, but I think it was later, because we lived her when they made the

change; we moved her in 1989.  I think the change was made some time in
the 
early nineties.
