Subject: [Nfbmo] BBQ at convention

In Dallas the Affiliate is planning a barbecue on Tuesday evening which will include a full meal, a dessert and a band. The price is $35 and includes an evening of entertainment. We need a count to determine how many folks who are going to the convention will want to participate. We have to give a count well in advance, and if we give too low a number, we turn away people, while too high a number means we must pay from our treasury.

If you are a Missourian going to the convention and are interested in the Barbecue, please let me know. Again the cost is $35 which you can pay when you get to the convention.
