you fill out a online form. you put your name, address, phone, e-mail 
address, then there is check box for if you are DSB client and you put the 
name in the box.  there check box if you are register at the talking and 
brail library and put the name of  the library and check box  if your at a 
blind school and put the name of the school in the box. and there is one 
check box for other and write in box for other. then you choose the submit 
button then you will get a letter in the maill with your code

you can sign up for NFB news line on the internet by going to www.nfb.org
and to link   that says Products and Technology then to the link that says
Audio Newspaper Service and then to link that says online form which then be
able to register for nfb newsline.
