Call the Washington Talking Book and Braille Library at (800) 542-0866. 
Someone there can sign you up. Or you can call DSB at (800) 552-7103 and ask 
about signing up for NFB Newsline(TM). DSB will probably refer you to WTBBL 
to sign you up as WTBBL knows you are blind (I presume you get books from 
WTBBL).

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at NFb Newsline(TM) in general and in 
the TV listings in particular. They really work.
