Hi mike,
I write this message asking your help in posting the information below
to various lists in the Blindness Community. I received this information
from Vicki Noratuk, a member of the Seattle Chapter of NFBW, who does
not use email and the internet. Please post this message to the NFB
Washington List Serve and to the ACB List serve; and to the Washington
State School for the Blind List, and the Oregon State School for the
Blind, if the schools have a list for alumni.
The person I write about is Brance Radford. Brance attended the
Washington State School for the Blind in the 1960's and he attended the
Oregon Sstate School for the Blind in 1961. After graduating he worked
at various jobs, mostly in the Seattle area. The last several years
Brance worked in a machine shop in Shoreline. Last Wednesday he felt
sick at lunchtime and an Aid Car was called to evaluate his symptoms.
The Aid car took Brance to Northwest Hospital and put him in Intensive
Care with a Heart Attack. Brance stayed in that hospital until his death
from a second Heart Attack last night Dec. 11, 2006 at 8-29pm.
When funeral or memorial arrangements are made that information will be
sent to these lists.
Thank you Mike for posting this message.
Sincerely,
Mary Helen scheiber
