I started using them a couple days ago.  The search is via Yahoo, so 
the results seem fine.  The NFB gets a penny for each search you 
do.  You go to the site, there is an edit box where you enter 
National Federation of the Blind, and hit the verify button.  It 
shows you the NFB, and each time you search from that computer, NFB 
gets 1 credit.  You can also see how much credit they have earned, 
which at this point isn't a lot.
