I'm sorry I haven't been able to write you in a while, but I wanted to have
some news when I did write you.  I wanted to put a smile on yours, as well

After nearly nine months, I am happy to inform everyone that C.P.S. is
finally closing my case.  They can find nothing that says I'm an unfit
mother.  Isn't
that wonderful?
