The LightHouse board meeting is scheduled for June 4th. Not sure of the
exact time though. LH is having some scheduling issues with their
newsletter, so the board meeting hasn't been announced yet. I do know,
though, the deadline to sign up is Monday  June 1. Here is the link to sign
