I know you worked at Lyft. However, it is very difficult to contact both Lyft and Uber directly. How can one do this? Sending and receiving messages with both of these entities is practically impossible. Calling them is impossible. Navigating through the so-called "Help" menu is like struggling through a vast thicket of thick vines! Can you shed some light on these issue? Thanks very much.
