CELEBRATE 10 YEARS OF PUBLISHING THE _JOURNAL OF BLINDNESS INNOVATION AND
RESEARCH (JBIR)_

The National Federation of the Blind publishes _JBIR_, the first scholarly
journal created by blind people that address the real problems of
blindness. Access the latest issue which celebrates our tenth anniversary.
