I am pleased to announce two new lists on nfbnet.org. They are the Blind
Research list, and a list for the Greater Seattle Chapter of the NFB of
Washington State.

Below is information on each, and information on how to subscribe.

The National Federation of the Blind Jernigan Institute is pleased to
announce the launch of the Blind Research list. Blind and sighted
researchers who work in all areas of blindness-related research, except for
the medical, as well as individuals with an interest in blindness-related
research, are invited to join this list. Graduate students who are pursuing
an advanced degree in a blindness-related field are strongly encouraged to
join as well. The purpose of the list is to facilitate communication and
collaboration among researchers, and to provide graduate students an
opportunity to connect with established researchers. The moderator of the
Blind Research list is Dr. Edward Bell, chair of the National Federation of
the Blind Research Advisory Council.
