Fellow Federationists:

As part of ongoing efforts to position the National Federation of the Blind to deliver the best online experience possible to our members and guests, on December 6, 2017, we will be migrating the server that powers nfb.org and several other sites to a new hosting platform. The migration will begin in the early morning hours, approximately 3:00 a.m. eastern time, and should be completed by 10:00 a.m.

During the outage, certain pages will still be available on the site. A number of our most frequently accessed pages will be cached by one of our upstream providers. However, should you visit a non-cached page, you will receive a message telling you the site is undergoing maintenance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary downtime may cause.

Regards,

Rachel Olivero
