[Nfbkpbc] Halloween Party

The Kentucky Parents of Blind children will be hosting a Halloween Party at
the Kentucky School for the Blind on October 31, Halloween night.  The party
will run from 6:00-9:00, though the activities for younger children should
end around 8:00.  There will be games, a haunted house, music, and snacks.
We will be holding this party in collaboration with KSB, and it will take
place on their campus at 1867 Frankfort Avenue.
