[Nfbkpbc] Introductions

I know that at least a few of us have joined this list in recent days, and I
thought we should introduce ourselves.

My name is Jayne, and I live in Louisville with my husband Phil, and our
three beautiful girls.  Fiona is seven and in second grade.  Taryn is five
and in kindergarten.  Riley is four and is going to preschool.  Taryn,
Riley, and myself are all blind.

I know that life is busy and that sometimes e-mail falls at the bottom of
the list when you have little ones, but I hope sincerely that this list will
become a great sounding board for all the concerns of the parents on the
list.

To that end I will ask a question.  Does anyone know if the cane tips on the
little, kids sized, NFB canes come off. Taryn's has broken, and I am
wondering if I can just replace the tip or if I have to get a whole new
cane.  I know that the tips of the larger canes are replaceable, but wasn't
sure of ones that are 34inches.
