I figured some might be interested in this resource. 
It's at the BlindCoolTech.com Web site, just uploaded 
this month.  It's an audio file with a guy teaching (or 
telling) all the contractions of Grade 3 Braille.

It recommends a "strong knowledge of Grade 2 Braille," 
of course.  And be warned that if you have a dial-up 
connection, you may not want to download this one, as 
it's 105 MB in size.  But it's titled, "Grade 3 
Braille," and is located near the top of the page, at 
http://www.blindcooltech.com.
