On Tuesday night the board plans to meet to discuss what we will be doing at
State Convention.  It is important that we finalize some ideas this week in
order to get them on the official Convention agenda  We want to give the
students what they want to please respond to this e-mail as soon as
possible.

things to consider:
Do we want to have a seminar or a social event, or maybe a combination of
the two?

What would you be interested in leering about through a seminar?

What kind of social event appeals to you?

Please consider that we will probably be arriving just shortly before we
need to begin so set up needs to be minimal.

And do we want to spend the money for a national student rep this time?  We
currently have about $8.00 and some change.
