[Nfbkabs] Results on our Meeting

I have attached the results of our meeting to this e-mail.  And I thank all
of you for participating in this endeavor by the board to include everyone
out in the state as much as possible.  We would love to see how everyone
thought this went and if we should continue such a project in future.
