The memorial for Phyllis has been scheduled. It will be held on Saturday,
November 4, at 3:00 P.M., at the Middletown First Baptist Church, 11721 Main
St., Middletown, KY 40243. After the service family and friends will gather
for coffee and dessert. If you have questions you can contact Phyllis's
Daughter Robyn at 409-5694.
