That would be great Scott.  Can you see if you can get the room this
Saturday from, say 4-7 PM?  I can bring all the materials and maybe we can
convince Jayne to make some of her famous cookies (wink, wink).  Let me know
as soon as you know if we can get the room then.  It may not take quite that
long, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.  So does 4 PM this Saturday work
for everyone else?

Hi everyone,
Can any of you meet with me this Saturday (8/19) in the late afternoon or
evening, to put together the mailing for high schools and colleges?  I have
the fliers, envelopes, labels and the free matter stamp.  I also have the
mailing for the elementary schools (to teach about Braille to students) that
we could assemble then as well.  We could possibly meet at the library or my
house, or maybe Scott could get his building's rec room.  Wherever is
convenient for the majority of you all.  Please let me know asap so we can
make some plans.
