> Bill was extremely well informed about politics and legislation, and was an active member of the NFBF legislative committee, and the Florida Democrat Disability caucus.
> Bill was a graduate of the St. Augustine Florida School for the Blind, and a schoolmate of Peggy Fleischer. Bill has been a client and student for the past several years at the Conklin Davis Center for the Visually Impaired, and a ceremony at the Conklin Davis Center will be held for Bill Outman on Tuesday May 13, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
