[NFBF-L] Hospitality at our 2024 State Convention

Greetings Florida Federation Family and Friends:

Now that we have rested up from our awesome National Convention,  it is time
to hit the ground running and finish planning our upcoming State Convention.

The Greater Jacksonville and Tallahassee chapters are thrilled to welcome
each and every one of you.

All  of the info you need to register will be coming very soon, but first it
is time to begin to think of where you might want to volunteer at the
convention.

We will  once again have a Hospitality room at the convention. Similarly to
National Convention, we will serve individually wrapped snack items, drinks
and coffee. Based on what has worked best in the past, the hours we hope to
be open are:

Friday - 3:00 to 7:00

Saturday - 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM and Noon  to 6:00

Sunday - 7:00 to 8:45 AM and Noon to 5:00.

As usual, each shift will be 2 to 3 hours. Please begin thinking of what
times you would like  to serve.
