For the capital Ñ, I type control+shift+tilde, then type shift N.

For the lower case ñ, I type control+shift+tilde, then type n.

For the accent marks, i go to Microsoft Word and press:
Control plus Apostrophe, and then I type the appropriate vowel.

I was told what to do with the capital  Ñ and the small ñ but in my old 
computer, it didn't work, and I have forgotten. what it was.

What character should I use for the accents, and
I noticed a couple words had ; semicolons in middle -- is that right?
