[NFBCS] VS 2022 and windows form designer with JAWS/NVDA?

Hi all,

I was trying to put together a quick POC in c# using winforms.

When I open the main window (MainWindow.cs) to drop into the designer 
with JAWS and NVDA (using JAWS 2025.2504.89), I hear "Stub Description." 
I can still get to the toolbox to choose items and can select them, but 
the focus isn't read and the whole design experience is drastically 
different. Has anyone ran into this, and is there a setting or something 
that needs to be enabled?
