[NFBCS] Windows 11 problem

My working theory is that somehow the Alt key was locked down. Thus, if you press the Up Arrow key after activating the shortcut, you get an Alt Up Arrow, which brings you to what JAWS says is Desktop.
The short way to fix this is to depress both Alt keys to have the Alt key released.
I think this locking down of Alt is a JAWS issue.

Hello Steve:
I have not encountered this problem. Might I suggest deleting and then re-adding the shortcut as your first diagnosis effort?

Subject: Windows 11 problem
Hello
I recently started having a problem in Windows 11. When I open a shortcut on the desktop for a file explorer folder, it opens explorer and briefly shows the correct contents. But it quickly goes to the desktop folder within file explorer.
Has anyone encountered this?
Regards,
Steve Shelton
