[NFBCS] turning off youtube ads

You should not get ads when you are logged in with a paid account; but if you are not logged in to your
account, you will still get ads. You can end up in this situation in at least two ways: Using an Incognito
or private browser session, or running your browser normally but not having it log in automatically.

So my first suggestion is to figure out whether one of those two scenarios applies in your situation.
