[NFBCS] NFBCS, A Sorry Blind Computer Users Group

Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out.
First, I don't agree with what you've said about the folks on this list;
many have been very gracious about helping you when you reached out. The
lack of a website for NFBCS doesn't mean that they're not effective.
Bits is a much larger more expansive group with more volunteers and
people to focus on different issues.
Also, as I noted in my message about a second list, NFBCS (to my
knowledge) was never supposed to be a computer users group or list. It's
touted and for a long time was a place for developers, students, IT and
other professionals to ask questions that aren't tech support. My point
in creating the thread this morning wasn't to try to bash NFBCS, but
instead to try to find a way to cut down some of the noise and constant
tech support questions.
Best,
Ty
