[NFBCS] Converting Formulas to Numbers in Excel

There is an option in EXCEL to toggle between displaying formulas and
values.  I think you may have this set to displaying the formulas.

The Ctrl+` shortcut key will toggle this back to values.

appearing as formulas. Can someone provide instructions on converting these
formals to numbers? I've done it before, but cannot remember. Any help would
