It's been a while, but I think what you need to do is select the column
where the numbers are, then go to the format menu and change it to numbers.
I'm thinking you can get to that menu with the applications key, aka right
click. On my Windows keyboard, it's the key just to the right of alt on the
right side of the spacebar.

Subject: [NFBCS] Converting Formulas to Numbers in Excel
I have a list of several names and phone numbers in Excel. The numbers are
appearing as formulas. Can someone provide instructions on converting these
formals to numbers? I've done it before, but cannot remember. Any help would
be appreciated.
