FileZilla has been quite accessible in the past. Be careful in that the
version prominantly displayed includes potentially unwanted programs;
look further down the page for the version without this bundle.
https://www.filezilla.org
A very recent version of WinSCP has fixed an issue where the tab key
would not move between local and remote windows, making this a viable
client. https://winscp.net/eng/index.php
Finally, in the paid products camp, SecureFX by VanDyke Software works well and integrates with
their Secure CRT terminal emulator. https://vandyke.com/
Hope this helps, let us know what you enp using.
