If you can use the command line, yt-dlp is terrific. Its full documentation
is at
https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp#readme
It has loads of options. For example, I downloaded only the audio from this
entire playlist, numbered the files, and converted the format to .m4a with
this command:
yt-dlp -o "%(playlist_index)02d%(title)s.%(ext)s" -x --audio-format=m4a
https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_mVL4WKzCu2ceEp5PzaJfIGEoCSPYgE4fg
