[nfbcs] Question: How to transfer outlook folders from one pc to another?

Hello:

 

     I have a PC running Windows XP and Outlook 2007. I have acquired a new
PC running Windows 7. I plan on running either Office 2010 or Office 2013.
Is there a recommended way to transfer the Outlook folders so I can keep my
old mail and address book? Thank you.
