[Nfb-web] Affiliate and Division Templates

Hello Pete and other webmasters.  As promised, I have written John a note, 
and I will let you know just as soon as he responds.  I understand that all 
of us want to get busy and take advantage of the knowledge and the resources 
that were promised that the February meeting, and I am sure that it is 
John's intention to see that this happens as quickly as possible.
