Hi Brandon. I have been away for a training conference and so am sorry for 
the delay in responding to your question. I will check on the possibility of 
extra user accounts and on our progress with templates. I suspect John is 
pressed with other work at the moment or you would have heard from him, but 
I'll do what I can to help.
