Susie,

It has been my experience that this is not a very accessile program. The
idea is that you can keep a personal wiki, or notebook, in HTML and move
it around with you on a USB flash drive.

Instead of using multiple pages for the content, each "page" is stored
in a single file and marked in such a way that it can be hidden or shown
depending on what link is clicked. The difficulty I encountered was when
clicking a link to show a specific "page" it would appear after the page
I was currently browsing. There was no easy way to jump to newly shown
content. I'm not sure if it would be possible to play around with the
code to make it a little more JAWS friendly, such as adding headings or
making links act as "jumpto" links, or not. I like the idea of the
system, but never really had the time to indulge in hacking it to see
what could be done.

I hope this helps some. Please feel free to let me know if you have
additional questions.

Tony

Hi Listers,

I just joined this list yesterday. As many of you know I am a computer
programmer. I have just been transferred into a new position in which I
will be evaluating web pages for accessibility and useability. I know
enough HTML and CSS to be dangerous, so I will have questions from time
to time.

This is my first question. TiddlyWiki is a self-contained HTML file that
also contains CSS and JavaScript. It can be used to publish non-linear
content without the need for elaborate infrastructure. Do any of you
know anything about it?

Susie Stanzel
