Hi Listers,

I just joined this list yesterday. As many of you know I am a computer
programmer. I have just been transferred into a new position in which I
will be evaluating web pages for accessibility and useability. I know
enough HTML and CSS to be dangerous, so I will have questions from time
to time.

This is my first question. TiddlyWiki is a self-contained HTML file that
also contains CSS and JavaScript.  It can be used to publish non-linear
content without the need for elaborate infrastructure. Do any of you
know anything about it?
