[Nfb-web] table column reading code needed

I agree with Brian.  If I were to use that page I don't think I would want 
to hear the heading every time I move to a new element as much as I don't 
want to when I'm using a spreadsheet.  But if that's what the person wants 
that is paying you then by all means.
