[Nfb-web] Free Lists Lists Problems

Hi.
tried to turn all my free lists from vacation mode to digest mode.
but not turning on, as i do not have microsoft outlook or outlook express.
and it seems to mess it up, with hotmail, and using the internet explorer interface.
tried logging into the free lists site and my password is visionman.
now will post a list of the lists below.
so asking, if any one could be able to turn all my lists on.
have e-e-mailed the guy at this service, but he has not got time to do this for me.
so if any one can help, will post all the lists below.

ps: tried about six or seven times to manually change each list, but it says it is set, but getting no posts at all.
