[Nfb-web] Poor Marketing & Communication Efforts

I'm really not trying to start an argument, but you peaked my interest.  I 
went to ctevh.org and on line 10 of their home page is the full name.  At 
least the alt tag of their name, I hope the alt tag is descriptive of what 
the graphic is.
