[Nfb-web] Is This Page Accessible?

I am still sighted but want to make sure this design I'm doing is accessible before going any further. It's my first experiment with cascading style sheets.
There are three issues. First, is it accessible? Second, it behaves as I want in Firefox (2.0). No matter how you use the scroll wheel trick of enlarging or shrinking the areas, all three areas (header and menu buttons on both the right and left sides) grow or shrink as desired without going off the page. But in Internet Explorer (surprise) both the left and right buttons enlarge themselves right off screen. Not a big deal but annoying. The big issue is that I can't figure out how to place the body between the left column of buttons and the right column of buttons without pushing the buttons into the wrong positions on the page. I want the body to be able to grow and shrink, too, but all elements to always stay onscreen (though sometimes some may be distorted when another part is enlarged). Hope that makes sense. Smile.
The demo page is here: http://www.arielion.com/demo.html and the CSS for viewing and suggestions is here: http://www.arielion.com/demo.css
Thanks in advance!
Paul
