[Nfb-web] shopping carts

most people don't believe I am in fact the writer when they speak to  
me on the phone. I don't sound mean and harsh and what ever via  
voice, but in writing it is not my intention to sound that way  
either. honestly, I am timpatient  that is why I write o so short ad  
direct.
