[Nfb-web] embedding a blog into an existing site

Hi list, 

My boss would like to embed a blog into our existing web site. Would using an IFrame be the best way to do this? I've been playing with an IFrame today and see that it embeds the entire blog (a friend's blog). Is there a way to "manipulate" the IFrame so that only the entries are visible? Our blog doesn't exist yet, but WordPress is one of the 1 click installs our hosting provider offers. Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.
