Greetings folks.  I am putting together our web agenda and have 
the following items for our Sunday evening 7 to 10 session:

1.  Taking convention audio from digital recorders and making it 
fit for listening from the web - Pete Donahue

2.  A proposed template for state affiliates to be reviewed, 
approved or modified by the assembled.

3.  Discussion of our Content Management System and proposed 
dates for training.

I propose to start off with Pete and our presenters for the 
template and web management cannot attend until 8:30.  I do not 
envision Pete taking more than 20 or 30 minutes so I welcome a 
few more items.

Please begin sowing seeds in your affiliate for the 
transportation costs to attend a training session in Baltimore.  
This might be funded from your general treasury, from some of the 
money your affiliate will receive from the Imagination Fund, or 
by a funded grant proposal state can submit to the committee 
charged with determining how the proceeds not directly given to 
affiliates are spent.  Please come with some idea of your 
calendar.
