[Nfb-web] PHP Blog Needed

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find a PHP equivalent to Blog CFC which would allow me to
install the blog itself, and to configure it in order to optimize it for use
by the blind; disabling captchas for example. Blog CFC allows one to disable
the captcha if you choose not to use it. Does Word Press allow one to do
such configuring?
