I think you will be out of luck with flash, but you should be able to
develop with asp.net and visual web developer. I would recommend using c#
instead of vb, but that has nothing to do with accessibility, and I guess if
your class is using vb you should probably use that too. I use asp.net in
my work everyday, so it definitely can be done.
