You've almost got it. I've included a modified version below.
Also, from the discussion awhile back, keywords are largely unused by the 
search engines these days. I'd still keep them, but be sure to mention your 
keywords in other parts of your page or in the description. You've actually 
done this for most of the words, but I'd make sure "National Federation of 
the Blind" is spelled out somewhere else on the page, if it isn't already.
