I'll write you up a set of commands for console ftp. I must say, 
however, that I would have thought you could have run CMD or run FTP.EXE 
directly and then done a:

ftp>HELP

and got a skeleton syntax! (huge grin)

Hello,
I am working on the NFB of Washington website and I need some help with 
using FTP to remove the files that are on the server that is hosting the 
website.  I then need know how to upload the new files to the server? 
Does some one have list of FT commands in text file ?
