Hi Charlie, and all,

Yes, they mean it as in, "from anywhere in the world."
That's a given.  But it's a great opportunity to make
sure they are *truly* accessible.  They might be just
as clueless as much of the world, on real
accessibility.  I simply recognize an opportunity, with
moving on this choice of wording, to make sure it's
correct on all fronts?  It can't do anything but help,
if approached correctly.
