[Nfb-web] convention pledge audio on Web

If you are looking for a file format that will play/stream online audio
content, I would recommend using the m3u file extention. This file format is
in plain text/ASCII but is universally used by Windows Media Player, Real
Player, and Winamp just to mention the common players that are accessible
with a screen reader and that most people use these players as they are
free.

Just a suggestion.

Hello Milton and listers,

Thanks for the information. I'll give it a try. I noticed that .asx
files can only be streamed; not downloaded as can .mp3, .wav, .wma, etc. I
take it that .asx is a format used to create playlists for content visitors
cannot download to their computer. Thanks again for the tip.

Peter Donahue.
