Correction! Contribute is a Macro-Media not an Adobe product.
Macro-Media has conducted several Contribute training sessions with
NfB's Webmasters on this product. I participated in one of them.

Programmer's File Editor is a basic text editor, but has features
taylored 
to help people who use codes like HTML.

Contribute, which is what Gary mentioned, is a more full-featured web
page 
designer. It is made by Adobe. Here's the link:
